  This year I listed a townhouse in Foothills Pointe with On The Lake Realty. Due to Karen's realistic knowledge of the real estate market, she knew how to price it and market it! That proved to be immensely valuable! Complete courtesy was NEVER an issue in contacting me when she was showing the property and followed the directions that I requested, My property was sold within a few months! I am in search of another home, so I am currently living in a home that Karen so graciously found for me in Rarity Bay. She is always just a phone call away to address my needs. If she can't personally resolve my questions, she knows who to refer me to! Between Karen's professional knowledge and bubbly personality PLUS competent agents, I would highly recommend On The Lake Realty to assist you with your real estate needs!

  Southern hospitality is what you will experience with this company. The assistance of all the staff was professional yet comfortable. I wish all my real estate transactions where as pleasant as when working with On The Lake Realty. When it comes to lake properties and surrounding area, this office is your best choice.   Service was excellent! This Agency knows exactly what their clients are looking for and not only that, they have extremely good customer service! If you are in the area, i would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing what houses are available in the Area! The area is Beautiful, and the people here are extremely nice and willing to help with anything you need.

  Several years ago, when my husband and I were discussing where we would retire to, a family friend suggested we check out Rarity Bay. The friend and his wife were both retired military and, after living all over the world, Rarity Bay was their favorite place. We came down the next weekend, looked all over the area with Susan (a member of Luke Noe's team) and put a contract on a lot in Rarity Bay. My husband and I built a custom home in Rarity Bay with BR2 Builders and moved in 18 months ago. We lived 8 hours away during the entire build and we had an AWESOME building experience. We absolutely LOVE living here! The people are friendly and look out for each other. There are a lot of activities so you can be as busy as you want to be. The Club is very nice and the staff is the BEST! We have made more friends in this short time than we ever had in Virginia!!! I can't imagine a better place to live!!! Come join us!!!
